Bristol Mens Convention @ St Michael's Centre, Bristol
Oct 5 @ 9:30 am – 4:30 pm

SOUTH WEST MENS CONVENTION – 30th September After creation God said, “It is finished”-and he rested.
After redemption Jesus said, “It is finished”-and we can rest. This year at the St Michael’s Centre in Bristol, on Saturday 30th September, we’ll be joining together as men from across the South West to focus our hearts and our minds on the centre of our salvation, the Cross of Christ.

We’ll enjoy main talks from Andrew Sach and Ray Brown, afternoon seminars on a range of applied topics, music led by Music Ministry, the legendary 10ofThose bookstall and lots of opportunities for previous fellowship together as Christian men.

Join us to rejoice together at the infinite depths of love, the perfect design of wisdom, and the steady and glorious justice displayed in our Saviour’s work of redemption.

Join us to be finished with guilt that has been removed. To resolve to be finished with sin whose power is broken.

To rest together in the completed work of Christ.

Because it is finished.

Our thriving children’s ministry, providing Bible-centred, fun, safe, life-relevant and age-appropriate groups for each child to grow in their walk with God. During the 2nd half of of our Sunday Morning service, the children go to their Lighthouse groups:
Creche (0-3yrs)
Fireflies (3yrs-School Yr R)
Sparklers (School Yrs 1-3)
Spotlight (School Yrs 4-6) We seek to teach Biblical truths, how each part fits into the bigger picture of the Bible story and how it points to Jesus. We also do fun activities and have weeks when we are all together and do something a little different. We want our young people to see and understand that the Bible is real and relevant to us today.

As we do so we address issues that influence them. We seek to disciple our young people as they face many challenges and decisions so that they too will serve the Lord and grow in their relationship with Him, having a hunger and passion to study His word and reach others. Sundays during our morning service [10:30am start]. Young people come to the start of the service and then leave part-way through for their group.
